HANDMADE GIFTS, ANYONE?

The Burke County Recreation Department will offer a ceramics class for boys and girls on Tuesday, Dec. 16 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Whether your child would like to give their creation as a Christmas gift or just wants to have fun, they’ll find a variety of projects to choose from and only pay for the materials they use to complete it. Instructor Helen Palmer will teach them the basics as well as special techniques when working with ceramics. Classes will meet in the Jonathan Broxton Park Office Community Room, located at 465 Burke Veterans Parkway in Waynesboro. Pre-registration is not required.
