Fresh Start Revival 2018

St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 2173 Davis Bennett Road, Millen, continues its Fresh Start Revival 2018 7 p.m. nightly through Jan. 11, 2018. The Rev. Forest Dickey of Stone Springield A.M.E. in Stapleton is guest pastor. The Rev. Bobby G. Williams Jr. invites the public.

Jubilee Christian Worship Center

Jubilee Christian Worship Center, Girard, will host guest speaker, Nancy Lee Haney 6:30 p.m. Thursday, January 11. The Rev. Albert White invites the public to attend.

Deacons and Trustees Appreciation

Red Hill Baptist Church will hold a Deacons and Trustees Appreciation program 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13. The Rev. Willie Evans will be guest pastor, and Givens Grove and Porterville Baptist churches will be in charge of services. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited. The Rev. Eddie Walker is pastor.

Family & Friends

Jones Grove Baptist Church will hold its annual Family and Friends program 5 p.m. Jan. 13. The Rev. Leroy Jordan, pastor of the Bark Camp Baptist Church will be the guest speaker. The Rev. Melvin Habersham invites the public.

Pastor Anniversary

First Baptist Church of Gough will hold its Pastoral Anniversary for the Rev. Tracy Brown 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14. The Rev. William B. Blount of Greater Young Zion Baptist Church in Augusta will be guest minister. Dinner will be served. The public is invited.

One Night with The King

Neely Grove C.M.E. Church, 1051 Herman Lodge Blvd., will host “One Night with the King” 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18. This program is sponsored by Augusta Regional Clients Council, Inc.

Rainbow Program

Blount Chapel Baptist Church, 684 Blount Chapel Road, near Vidette, will hold its Rainbow Program, 4 p.m. Jan. 20. The program is sponsored by the church choir. The Rev. Cornelius Smith invites the public.

Family & Friends

Second Antioch Baptist Church will hold its Family & Friends program 4 p.m. Jan. 27. The Rev. Willie Mincey and the Spring Hill Baptist Church members will be in charge of the service. The public is invited.

Black History Month

Cornerstone Christian Center Church of Waynesboro will celebrate Black History month each Sunday in February during its 9 a.m. service. Programs will include guest speakers, prophetic African dance, black entrpreneurs, and end with HBCU Sunday. These events are free and open to the public.
