Said property is conveyed subject to
the right of the Grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigned to maintain on
said property three trailers currently
located on the property for a period of
three years of the date of this instrument. Grantor shall receive all rents
and revenues from all trailers during
that three year period of time and
should be responsible for all maintenance, upkeep, taxes, etc. relating
specifically to said trailers/campers.
At the end of the 3 year period, said
campers/trailers should be removed
from the property by the Grantor.
The above described tract of land
conveyed herein is conveyed subject
to all restrictive covenants related
thereto, all easements for ingress,
egress, and utilities, all access easements to other land owners and the
