Peggy Brinson Langham

Waynesboro, GA - Peggy Brinson Langham, 86, wife of Wyman Langham, entered into rest Friday, September 7, 2018.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 12, 2018, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Langham, daughter of the late Carnie Hardin and Lessie Shurling Brinson, was born in Burke County and retired as a budget analyst with Civil Service at Fort Gordon. After retirement and until her illness she worked as bookkeeper for DeLoach Funeral Home and Burke Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Botsford Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Brinson Pender, all of her siblings, and the father of her son, Wade Hampton "Billy" Pender, II.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Wade Hampton Pender III, of Augusta, Sharlan L. Rosas, of Martinez, and Carlan L. Mimmie (Megan), of Martinez; her grandchildren, Wade and Wesley Pender, Alex and Ricky Rosas, and Amy and Evan Tornow; and her great grandchildren, Katie Pender, Brayden Pender, Zoey Pender, and Treston Woods.
