The annual state convention, which was held in Savannah, is a time for students to interact with fellow Betas across the state and to showcase their academic, fine arts and leadership abilities.

Bringing home a state championship award in marketing and communications were Kayla Saenz, Abbie Marshall, Murray Flowers and Morgan Chancey. Alex Philpott took home the first place award in photography, and Chloe Smith, Janessa Jones, Garry Fulcher III and Rebekah Smith were named the state champs in group talent. Finishing in third place in their respective categories were Rylie Hillis (photography) and Keshon Winns (agriscience). Brooke Cliatt also placed fifth in language arts and Candace Allen finished fifth in mixed media art.

Beta Club advisor Erica Goode was elected as Georgia Convention State Sponsor Elect and will be supporting the current state sponsor for two years before taking the position of state sponsor herself.

The BCHS chapter also received a chapter convention growth award.
