sale contained in a Deed to Secure
Debt from Patricia A. Graves to
Rascal Enterprises, Inc., A Georgia
Corporation, dated June 16, 2006,
recorded in Deed Book 609, Pages
81-84, Burke County, Georgia records, which was last assumed by
Willie J. Farrow, Jr. Said Deed to
Secure Debt having been given to
secure a note dated June 16, 2006,
in the original principal sum of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and
00/100 ($17,500.00) Dollars with
interest from date at the rate stated
in said note on the unpaid balance
until paid, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash before the
